By accessing wipptemplates.com or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

All products sold on WippTemplates are digital downloads. Upon successful payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the product in your own video editing projects.

Unless stated otherwise in the product listing, this license permits:

• Personal and commercial use in your own video projects
• Use across multiple personal workstations belonging to the same individual

This license does not permit:

• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the files in any form
• Bundling the files into another product or template pack for sale
• Transferring the license to another person or organisation

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases where the files are fundamentally defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable time. If you believe you have received a defective product, contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Download links are delivered by email after purchase. You can also access your purchases at any time from your account downloads page. We aim to keep downloads available indefinitely, but we reserve the right to change delivery methods without notice.

All product files, graphics, and site content are the intellectual property of WippTemplates or their respective creators. Nothing on this site transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you beyond the license explicitly granted at purchase.

Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with any specific software version. We make reasonable efforts to describe compatibility requirements accurately, but you are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WippTemplates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the products or the site. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WippTemplates operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
